Availability and rate.

The property was quiet, the bed very comfortable, there was good wi-fi, and the microwave and refrigerator a bonus. I travel full-time and both items are quite important for me because I carry food in a cooler when I am on the road. The staff were helpful and very attentive to needs. I would definitely consider staying at this location if I am every in the area again.

The staff was very friendly. She was nice and helpful. It was an easy process to check in. The linens and towels were all very clean.

The family owned hotel was conveniently located in the center of town. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with anything I needed, they answered questions about the town and offerred advice for dining and visitor information.

The rooms were nice and clean. It was more spacious than other places I've stayed. They have Smart TV which is a bonus because I was able to stream channels and watch my Neflix movies. They had an option to setup Wii.

Best quality of hotel was block wall between rooms blocking sound from adjacent rooms; located close to places we visited for family reunion; pet-friendly, owners friendly & they allowed us to check out an hr late to visit family before they left town.

The breakfast could be just a little better, like a continental breakfast (just an idea)

Location was great. It was clean with no bugs. The curtains could use a bit more of a privacy curtain. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. The price was the best in town at the time by 25%

I thought it was great I had stayed at a couple different places during my trip from Oregon to wyoming and back to Oregon and this was by far the most friendly and hospitable place I stayed there located perfectly for dining shopping a afternoon stroll there laundry room was awsome they even have juice drinks bottled water snacks and candy located in the rooms for guest I definitely will be a returning guess and thank you for the friendly and happy arrival with no hidden prices from my reservation.

Breakfast was a granola bar and 3 instant oatmeals placed in styrofoam bowls along with packages of peanut butter and cheese crackers and 3 mint choc patties, 3 bottles of sunny delight. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge, newer carpet, new bedspreads, comfortable beds/pillows. Room was clean, furniture dated, musty old smell to the room, sliding glass shower doors kinda crusty around the edges, wifi and cable good, no premium movie channels.

Basic clean budget motel room.

No breakfast but I wasn't expecting that. The location was great the staff was great the room was clean the price was not too high.
